Natural Women’s Health

As a Naturopath I have a special interest in women’s healthcare and a passion to help women achieve good health.  I believe that we all have the ability to lead a balanced, healthy life when we are equipped with the skills to eat healthily, make good food choices, exercise often and lower our stress levels. My aim is to support you on your journey towards wellbeing and to help you feel healthier and more confident in managing your fertility, hormonal and health goals. Naturopathy can provide natural support for hormonal imbalances and women’s conditions such as:

  • Endometriosis
  • Polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS)
  • Menstrual cramping or period pain
  • Menopause symptoms such as insomnia and hot flushes
  • Premenstrual syndrome (PMS) and symptoms such as acne, anxiety, fatigue and headaches
  • Irregular periods
  • Heavy periods
  • Fibroids
  • Thyroid problems such as Hypothyroidism or Hyperthyroidism
  • Fertility difficulties, infertility and difficulty falling pregnant
  • Stress and anxiety
  • Depression
  • Weight management
  • Low energy levels
  • Insomnia and sleep difficulties
  • General wellbeing

Women’s conditions often respond well to herbal remedies, nutritional supplements and individualised dietary and lifestyle changes.  I offer practical strategies to help you maintain a healthy weight, incorporate relaxation and mindfulness into your everyday life and tips on how to stock your pantry so that eating healthy meals everyday becomes achievable and affordable. Natural Fertility Awareness methods are another way in which I can help you to achieve your health and wellbeing goals.

Are you always stressed and tired? Do you have difficulties falling or staying asleep? Do you wake unrefreshed in the morning?

Do you sometimes feel anxious or depressed around the time your period starts?

Would you like support to balance your hormones naturally? Or are you thinking about coming off the pill (OCP), Implanon, NuvaRing or IUD?

Do you experience premenstrual symptoms, PCOS, Endometriosis, period problems or pain that make it difficult to function at work or study?

Would like to know more about how your hormones and learn how to identify when you ovulate each month?

I love working with women who want to lead a less stressful and more balanced life and who are seeking information on ways in which they can make healthier choices. I look forward to meeting you and helping you with your health concerns.
